The Mercy Community HomeCare PAC is made up of a physician, a pharmacist, a nurse, a social worker, a physical therapist and several consumers. Meeting on a quarterly basis, the PAC reviews client satisfaction surveys, assesses clinical issues and reports on key quality initiatives. The PAC's conclusions help guide our efforts of continuous progress and improvement.

Our quality assurance measures don't stop there. Since Mercy Community HomeCare provides Medicare-covered health care services to The McAuley, our quality is also monitored by The McAuley's Performance Improvement Committee.
