If you have considered an adult community for yourself or someone you love, look no further than Saint Mary Home.

Our admissions staff can help you with the application process, provide you with information regarding Saint Mary Home and give you a tour of the facility. Our Director of Admissions, a Registered Nurse, will also perform an on-site evaluation of a prospective resident, whether at home, an assisted living facility, a hospital or another skilled nursing facility.

Working with the hospital discharge planner, the family, physicians and homecare providers, we refer each patient to the most appropriate level of care at Saint Mary Home.

Financial counseling is available to patients and their families. Our Admissions Center, working with our Business Office, will be happy to answer any of your questions.
