Aysha Kuhlor, RN, BA CDONA/LTC, Director of Nursing/Clinical Services at Mercy Community Health’s Saint Mary Home, has been elected Recording Secretary for the National Association for Directors of Nursing Administrators (NADONA.)  Aysha has served in Long Term Care for more than 10 years in various leadership roles.  She is President of the Connecticut Chapter of NADONA, and serves on the national Education and Legislative committees and various advisory boards at the State and National level. 

Aysha was honored with the Quality of Excellence Award from Catholic Health East for her work as Director of Nurses at Saint Mary Home.  She was recently nominated for the Distinguished Service Award with the CT Association of Not for Profit for Aging (CANFPA) and received its 2009 Nurse Administrator of the year award for the Eastern Region.
